So far, we deliver to Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, San Marino, Switzerland and Vatican City.
Our delivery charges are transparent. See below for our charges based on the country your order is being delivered to.

OUR DELIVERY PARTNER:
Our delivery partner is DHL Express. All export and import of our goods, customs clearance and VAT accounting for Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, San Marino and Vatican City will be managed and handled by DHL. The respective VAT for Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, San Marino and Vatican City will be invoiced directly by DHL and must be paid before delivery of the goods. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.
DHL Express will deliver your parcel right to your doorstep. If you are not at home, don’t worry. DHL will leave a card saying they’ve called, but no one was at home. There will be instructions on how to arrange a more convenient delivery day.
You will be able to choose from the following options of DHL on demand delivery:
The recipient chooses a new delivery day and/or a new time window.
Delivery without signature
The recipient authorizes DHL Express to deposit the shipment in a defined secure place at the recipient’s address without signature; smaller shipments can also be deposited in the letterbox.
Delivery with Proof
The recipient leaves a document with the signature in front of the door. The courier leaves the parcel and takes the document as proof of delivery (POD).
The receiver determines a neighbor, who is allowed to accept the shipment for him and informs DHL Express of his address data.
Pick-up at the ServicePoint
The recipient selects a DHL ServicePoint for collection.
Alternative delivery address
Consent to deliver the consignment to another address (e.g. workplace or other location).
Request to store the shipment for up to 30 days
DATA WE RECEIVE FROM OUR CUSTOMERS:
By using this onlineshop and buying our products you agree to hand over your data to the parcel delivery service provider. You will be reminded via E-mail about parcel delivery. Your E-mail Address will only be transferred to our parcel service provider for that particular reason. Customers identify a ‘Ship-to’ party and delivery destination for packages that we ship at their request. The ‘Ship-to’ party and delivery address do not need to match the personal information provided by the customer upon registration. The main reasons for the personal information differing is where the customer is purchasing and shipping products on behalf of another person, as a gift for another person, or to another person who will receive the products on their behalf. Where a Customer provides Personal Data of another person, they assume the role of a data Controller and La Galleria Art & Design GmbH acts in the role of a data Processor. The personal information collected generally includes the name, physical address and phone number of the ‘Ship-to’ party. Processing of this Personal Data is performed on behalf of the Customer and for the purpose of providing the services requested by the Customer. No active marketing is performed on Personal Data of the ‘Ship-to’ party.
